My 2011 M.FEPS Goals
The 2012 FMEEPPSS Mission:
Financial Summary
It’s JAN 17th 2011. So far this year I’ve accomplished coming up with a budget plan for the entire year. This budget will help me to pay off 15 out of 21 different bills. I’ve had these financial issues lingering for too long. Also, I’ve hired Lexington Law to help me remove negative items off of my credit report. I pay them a monthly fee. I’m also trying to make the most of my tax return. Decrease the things I’m taxed on and exploit every possible loop hole.
Financial Goals
-Pay off 12 debts
-Have 10,000.00 in the bank by DEC 31st
-Raise credit score above 600
Family Summary
So this was the first FULL year of having a family. The year started with the addition of Joseph on the first day! Since then it’s been a blur, seriously. I believe that it’s specifically because of Joseph that this year has flown by. I can barely remember shit. While I can’t remember too many specifics, I do remember the feeling. It has been a real good feeling having my own family now that depends on me. I tend to be reckless and careless about things, but that is slowly fading away because I literally can’t afford to be that way anymore. I look forward to much more character-building challenges, milestones and fun times this year.
Family Goals
-1 Family outing a month
-1 Family vacay this year
-Schedule weekly FAMILY ONLY time
Mental Summary
I do A LOT of reading online that pretty much keeps me feeling mentally fit. However, it’s been a while since I sat and read a book. This year, I’ll find two real good recommendations and read them. They can be any category whatsoever, as long as I read them.
Mental Goals
-Read two books this year
Education Summary
I haven’t been to school since 2009 fall, at Morgan. I’m pretty much over college, but I’m going back eventually. Just in case this entrepreneurial thing doesn’t work out, I’ll have a degree and some work experience to fall back on. I plan to pay SEU off by the end of the year so I can get my credits sent to CCBC so I can at least say I have my Associates degree in Information Technology. However, I want to go back to Learning Tree and complete my cert for SharePoint development. I also want to earn another SharePoint cert from them. I’ll pick back up on the traditional schooling next year.
Education goals
-Complete SharePoint Developer certification from Learning Tree and also, complete another SharePoint certification program with Learning Tree
Entrepreneurial Summary
Ok, so this year was the year that I REALLY discovered the internet and all it has to offer monetarily. I learned why all these websites that’s out now look the same. I learned how people actually make money online. I learned a lot about a lot. I stumbled on things like podcastanswerman.com, johnchow.com, smartpassiveincome.com and more. I learned a lot about earning an income online from these sites. Since then, my mind has been blown. Ideas just kept coming to me left and right. I couldn’t get them on paper fast enough. My goal this year is to create my first money making site online. I want to be able to earn AT LEAST $500.00 passively, monthly.
Entrepreneurial Goals
-Create and develop the ILMC brand, starting with Edgewood
-Start the mom and pop website business
-Develop complete transparent weight loss site
-Purchase at least 10 mini blog sites
-Develop SharePoint site, create passive income
-Create and develop velveetarecipes.net, earn passive income, create food podcast
-Develop ONE iPhone app
-Give EMA another shot, get that shit off the ground!
Physical Summary
This past year, was another filled with laziness. I’m sure I made it to the gym less than 10 times. I plan to change that this year. I’m going to write out a DETAILED plan describing how I will lose 100 lbs. Yes, I weigh roughly 320 right now, so going to 220 is the goal. It’s disgusting how I’ve let myself go, especially since I used to be a soldier. The goal is to lose about 2 lbs a week which should bring me to my 100 lb loss, but it’s much more than just weight loss. I need to increase muscle, change my eating habits, tone EVERYTHING, increase run speed and strength and target other specific areas of my body.
Physical Goals
-Lose 100 lbs by DEC 31st
Professional Summary
I think I did a pretty damn good job this past year, professionally. I started the year making 54K, got a raise to 62K and then another bump to 70K. Good shit. However, this year because of some behind the scenes things I heard, I’m going to shoot for 80K before the year is out. My ULTIMATE professional goal is to get to 100K a year. Outside of the money, I have a few things I want to do work-wise for RDECOM. I want to implement multiple systems that utilize SharePoint that will make my job and others’ around me easier. I want to increase the knowledge of the end users at RDECOM and empower them to know that SharePoint can be very useful to them. I also want to put together a course that can be taught in the classroom or accessed on-demand to teach more about SharePoint.
Professional Goals
-Document all processes in the CMD Group
-Create a training course that can be taken locally or accessed on-demand
-Develop new systems that help us all do our job better
Social Summary
I definitely want to step my social game up this year. I have cousins who I barely get to see; New Yorkers who I’d like to check every now and then, my pops that I need to see more often and Joseph needs to too. I could hit more work-related social gatherings and more “couples” events for me and Monet.
Social Goals
-Come up with a system that allows me to make mandatory time for friends and family more often
Spiritual Summary
I’m still a little confused about what it means to be spiritual, so this section, for me, is a little shaky. I’ll have to look up exactly what I’m trying to do here and get back to you/me.
Summary
All of the goals I have for this year are definitely achievable, but they need to be broken down and put into systems. For instance, I can’t just say “hey, I’m going to lose 100 lbs”. That needs to be broken down into the “how” and “when”. Each goal will be broken down and detailed. I’m very excited about this year. It seems like the first time I have a shot at making big things happen for myself. I have a family that depends on me and that ALONE is enough to make me go hard. I have to get and stay healthy, earn money, spread love and happiness and stay sane to make sure my family is straight. Here’s to 2011!
